A couple of years ago the twins, Kine and Einy Paulsen, set their eyes on the 3D screen through some very awkward 3D glasses. In that very moment, the two decided that something had to change. Born and raised in Norway, where Scandinavian design is prominent, they turned to each other and wondered why they had to watch a $200 million movie through a pair of oddly shaped glasses. Not long after Ingri:Dahl was born. Today the company designs and sells 3D glasses compatible for movie theaters, 3D TVs  and other passive circular polarized systems. In January 2011, the company successfully raised $10,000 on Kickstarter, thanks to 331 supportive backers.

Since the company launch in April 2011, the glasses and the founders have been featured on TechCrunch, DesignMilk, The Next Web, TrendHunter Fashion, HENNE and Linda. Other great moments include HBO-actor, Thomas Jane, donning the 3D shades on KTLA Morning News and Spy-Kids actress, Alexa Vega, being gifted the glasses by a Hollywood Reporter reporter.

Kine and Einy graduated from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business in May 2011. The twins graduated with degrees in finance and accounting respectively, but have always had an interest in the fashion and entertainment industry. Therefore, this recent business venture is the perfect merge of their interests.
